At Healthy Gamer, we think modern mental health care should be inclusive and affordable. Our coaching service has helped over 13,000 people across 65 countries since it launched last November. Our movement is gaining traction, putting us in the top 0.1% of Twitch streamers and top 1% of YouTube channels. And we’re working on even more resources to help people find a way forward when they need it.

What You'll Do
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and help grow our online community while working independently from any location.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
- Monitor trends and adapt content to stay relevant and competitive
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Collaborate remotely with marketing, design, and content teams
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns (if applicable)
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts or campaigns
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and analytics
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana)
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools)
- Experience with paid social advertising and influencer collaborations
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
