Social Behavior is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Senior Account Manager to oversee social media marketing services across a portfolio of 15-20 brands. This role is best suited for someone who excels in client relationships, project execution, and leadership. You
will serve as a trusted partner for our clients and a workflow leader for our production team.
Client Management
• Manage 15 to 20 client accounts as the primary point of contact
• Respond promptly to client emails and chats within one business day
• Host monthly client calls and prepare clear, concise recaps
• Ensure analytics reports and performance insights are delivered monthly
• Prepare onboarding recaps for new client launches
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience results and retention
Team Production Support
• Coordinate content production with Creative Curators and publishing team
• Oversee ongoing IG engagement and content performance
• Support paid ads fulfillment and campaign coordination
• Ensure branding tone and accuracy in all published content
• Support client content shoots and special activations as needed
• Contribute to email marketing and event marketing tasks
• Monitor analytics to support healthy growth trends
Internal Collaboration
• Act as a liaison between clients and our creative teams
• Maintain timelines, deliverable quality, and communication effectively and efficiently
• Foster a proactive, positive, and solution-oriented work environment steered by our culture.
• 3 plus years of continued professional experience in account management, client services, or similar roles with stable growth progression
• Experience in social media and digital marketing strongly preferred
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with calm efficiency
• Understanding of social platforms analytics and marketing tools
• Motivated by client success and personal performance
- Monday through Thursday 8 am to 5 pm, Friday 8 am to 12 pm
- Hybrid remote and in-office two days weekly
- Occasional special project support outside normal business hours
- Reports to the Agency Coordinator.
• Starting salary $45,000 to $50,000 per year based on experience
• Probationary salary $40,000 per year for the first 60 days
• Quarterly performance bonus paid quarterly, up to 1500 for successful performance
• Unlimited PTO after probationary period
• W2 employment with bi-weekly payroll
