Join Our Growing Multi-Clinic Team
HealthSource Chiropractic is expanding! We are growing our footprint across Middle Tennessee with locations currently in Franklin, Murfreesboro, Hermitage, and Maryland Farms. On top of adding locations, we are also planning on adding on to our current availability for patient care and expanding our hours so we can be open 7 days a week. We are looking for Doctors to help with these expanded hours and are hiring for all four locations.
We are seeking Doctors who are high-energy, experienced, and personable to join our team and help us serve even more patients in our community. This position offers a set schedule of Friday through Tuesday with Wednesdays and Thursdays off.

What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate would have the following attributes:
- Has been in active practice between 1-5 years
- Outgoing and eager to connect with the community
- Enthusiastic, ambitious, and willing to learn
- Coachable and team-oriented, with excellent communication skills
- Motivated to grow in both clinical skills and leadership
Requirements:
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree (DC)
- Minimum of 1 year of professional chiropractic experience
- Knowledge of basic chiropractic equipment and treatment protocols
Key Responsibilities
- Support clinical operations and patient care in a thriving multi-clinic system
- Perform consults, evaluations, and chiropractic adjustments
- Utilize functional movement assessments and diagnostic exams
- Incorporate therapeutic modalities ( decompression, laser therapy, orthotics, nutrition support)
- Educate patients on chiropractic care and wellness plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Build referral relationships with local businesses and healthcare providers
- Participate in community outreach events
