Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Chiropractor Associate to join our healthcare team. Duties

• Conduct thorough patient observations and assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues and underlying causes of discomfort.
• Perform physical examinations, including range of motion tests and neurological assessments, utilizing medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to inform diagnosis.
• Develop individualized care plans that incorporate chiropractic techniques such as trigger point therapy, spinal adjustments, and soft tissue therapies.
• Manage acute pain conditions by applying evidence-based treatment modalities aimed at rapid relief and long-term recovery.
• Utilize medical imaging results when necessary to support accurate diagnosis and treatment strategies.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote active participation in their health journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care, especially in occupational health settings or cases involving complex injuries.
• Monitor patient progress through ongoing evaluation, adjusting care plans accordingly to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient treatments, observations, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay current with advances in physiology knowledge, pain management techniques, and chiropractic best practices through continuous professional development.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Chiropractor with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse musculoskeletal conditions effectively.
• Strong background in patient observation, physical examinations, and patient assessment techniques.
• Familiarity with acute pain management strategies and trigger point therapy applications.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medical imaging interpretation relevant to chiropractic practice.
• Experience working within primary care or occupational health environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs while ensuring safety and efficacy.
• Excellent communication skills for clear patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
