Role Description

The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing campaigns and client initiatives through effective planning, execution, and communication. Key responsibilities include developing and nurturing client relationships, assisting Account Executives with client management and project delivery, managing daily client communications, analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, and providing support to the Chief Strategy Officer. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charleston, SC, requiring active collaboration with internal teams and agency clients to ensure the successful delivery of marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong account management and client relationship-building skills
• Experience in marketing, including campaign management, digital marketing, and content strategy
• Experience or knowledge in marketing research and marketing strategy
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with marketing technology, analytics tools, and CRM platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare marketing industry
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to assist executive leadership projects

Compensation

The starting annual salary for this position is $55,000.00. Health insurance, PTO, and additional benefits are available after completion of the probationary period.
