Financial Package

We offer top-of-market hourly rates to ensure your time and expertise are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the patient's individual Plan of Care during weekend hours.

• Collaborate effectively with the Interdisciplinary Team (PT, OT, ST, MSW) to ensure holistic outcomes.

• Evaluate patient progress, reporting any critical changes to the Case Manager or Director of Nursing.

• Complete documentation accurately and promptly using our AI-powered charting software.

Requirements

• Current California RN License.

• Weekend availability is required for this role.

• 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience strongly preferred).

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

• Compassionate, highly self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a home setting.
