Responsibilities
- Assist the circulator and surgeon during a wide range of operative procedures

- Count sponges, needles, and instruments with the team to prevent retained items
- Monitor equipment and assist with maintaining proper tissue handling and hemostasis
- Communicate effectively with the OR team to support efficient, safe case flow
