Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic imaging across a full range of exams using Siemens equipment, including fluoroscopy and operating room imaging.
- Provide high-quality images, accurate patient positioning, and strict adherence to radiation safety (ALARA) in a Level 3 trauma center.
- Work independently when needed, coordinating with clinical teams to meet urgent and routine imaging needs.
- Ensure proper data entry, labeling, and routing of images to appropriate systems and providers.
- Maintain equipment readiness, troubleshoot basic issues, and follow infection control and sterile technique in the OR.
Requirements
- X-ray imaging experience with Siemens equipment
- Fluoroscopy experience required
- Operating Room imaging experience required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Level 3 trauma center settings or equivalent
- Shift may include weekends and some on-call as required
