- On-call: 1 call day per week; weekend on-call approximately every 5–6 weeks
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic left and right heart catheterizations; assist with PCI (stents, balloon angioplasty) and device implants as needed
- Scrub and circulate for complex cath lab procedures; support devices such as Impella and IABP
- Participate in structural heart procedures (TAVR, balloon valvuloplasty, Watchman) and electrophysiology (EPS, AFib/Flutter ablations)
- Assist with device therapies and electrophysiology testing; maintain patient safety and sterile technique
- Document procedures in EPIC; coordinate with cardiology, nursing, and imaging teams
- Provide care for adult and geriatric patient populations within the cath lab setting
Requirements
- Active WA RT or CIS license (as listed)
- ARRT-R or CCI RCIS certification
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year cath lab experience; community hospital experience required
- Travel experience required; first-timers NOT accepted
