Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cath lab procedures, including diagnostic caths and PCI (stents, balloon angioplasty, laser, rotablator, CTO) with hemodynamic support as needed (e.g., Impella or IABP).
- Support structural heart and electrophysiology procedures, including TAVR, balloon valvuloplasty, Watchman, EPS and Afib/Flutter ablations.
- Provide device-related support and peri-procedural care for pacemaker and ICD implants; assist with equipment setup and sterile technique.
- Serve as circulator or scrub in the cath lab: equipment preparation, sterile field maintenance, patient monitoring, and documentation in EPIC.
- Collaborate with cardiology, anesthesia, and nursing teams to optimize workflow and patient safety.
- On-call coverage as scheduled: 1 day per week plus 1 weekend every 5–6 weeks.

Requirements
- Licensure: Active WA license (WA RT or CIS) and ARRT-R or CCI RCIS certification required. Licenses must be current; pending licenses not accepted.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year cath lab experience; travel experience required; first-timers not accepted; locals not eligible.
- Skills: Proficiency in left/right heart catheterization, PCI, and device support; structural/EP procedures and implants preferred.
- Setting: Ability to work effectively in a hospital-based cath lab and perform charting in EPIC.
