Responsibilities
- Implement and modify physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed PT.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises, modalities, and functional activities per plan of care.
- Monitor patient responses, document progress, and report changes to the supervising PT.
- Ensure patient safety during treatments; prepare and manage equipment and materials.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapy colleagues, and the broader care team to support patient goals; communicate clearly about patient status and needs.

Requirements
- Active North Dakota Physical Therapy Assistant license or eligibility for licensure
- Prior experience in geriatric or long-term care settings preferred
- Ability to work days in a long-term care environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic charting
