Responsibilities

• Float between 2 medical-surgical/telemetry units and manage MS overflow in ICU and ED
• Provide direct nursing care to adult inpatient medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, perform head-to-toe assessments, and manage IV therapy
• Document care and progress in EPIC; ensure timely and accurate charting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to prioritize and escalate care as needed
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and adherence to unit protocols
