- Document all patient care accurately in the EMR systems Paragon and Pxyis; ensure timely updates to the care plan
- Maintain patient safety and comfort, respond to clinical changes, and participate in RN-led patient rounds
- Adhere to BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS requirements; comply with unit-based nurse-to-patient ratios (RN ratio example provided as 6:1)
- 1–2 years of step-down/telemetry experience on a med-surg or similar unit
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Travel experience highly preferred
- EMR experience with Paragon and Pxyis
- Ability to work weekend, 12-hour shifts, with schedule variation as assigned
- Adult/Geriatric patient population experience
- Travel assignment with dedicated support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC
- Guaranteed weekly hours and 13-week contract duration
- Weekend, 12-hour shift schedule on a hospital floor
- Experience on a med-surg/step-down unit with telemetry responsibilities
- EMR proficiency in Paragon and Pxyis
