Registered Nurse – Med Surg (Travel) in Concord, New Hampshire. Start date: 06/08/2026. Assignment length: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,233–$2,301 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med Surg unit for adult and geriatric patients
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient progress
• Administer medications, manage IV therapies, monitor responses, and document accurately
• Monitor patient status (vital signs, labs, and changes in condition) and escalate as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other members of the care team
• Educate patients and families, and assist with discharge planning and transitions of care
  
  

Requirements

• Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg Acute Care experience
• Up-to-date resume showing 2 years of Med Surg experience and travel experience
• Nursys license verification with all active RN licenses
• RTO (time-off) request must be included at submission
• Cerner EMR experience is preferred but not required
