Responsibilities

• Assist with and supervise the nursing activities of the facility to ensure the highest level of quality care at all times
• Administer medications and provide clinical nursing care within scope of practice
• Monitor residents in memory care, assess changes in condition, and respond appropriately
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans and ensure continuity of care
• Document assessments, care plans, and daily progress in resident records
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

• Ability to work in a memory care/LTC setting
