Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and care for critically ill patients in the ICU, including hemodynamic monitoring and interpretation of telemetry data
• Manage life-support therapies and ventilator weaning as prescribed by the care team
• Administer medications, draw labs, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
• Document patient status, interventions, and responses accurately and timely; maintain high standards of infection control and patient safety
  
  

Requirements

• California RN license (active) required
• ICU/acute care experience: Minimum 3 years in the submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months
• BSN: Preferred
• CPR/BLS required (HS-BLS or RQIBLS acceptable)
• ACLS required
• PALS required (PALS, HS-PALS, or RQIPALS acceptable)
• Ability to work within an acute care ICU environment during the specified shift and assignment duration
