Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for Cath Lab patients during pre-, intra-, and post-procedural phases
• Assist interventional cardiology team during diagnostic and interventional procedures; maintain sterile technique and equipment readiness
• Monitor hemodynamics, manage access sites, administer medications per protocol, and document all care and procedure details
• Prepare and set up Cath Lab equipment and supplies; ensure clean, organized, and compliant work area
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and support staff; communicate patient status during handoffs and after procedures
• Adhere to policies, safety standards, and infection control practices; contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
  
  

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice (California)
• BLS required; ACLS or ARC-ALS required
• BSN preferred
• Acute care facility experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment and follow interventional protocols
  
  

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  
  

Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in CA: Required
• AHA BLS: Required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required
