Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations according to orders, including vascular studies, with attention to image quality and patient safety
• Position patients, select appropriate transducers, and optimize imaging to obtain required views
• Document findings and communicate results to the interpreting radiologist per site protocol
• Maintain equipment, adhere to safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality standards
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage and travel across multiple sites as assigned
• Ensure accurate patient data entry and complete appropriate paperwork and recordkeeping
  
  

Requirements

• ARDMS credential required, including Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
• Vascular knowledge with ability to perform upper- and lower-extremity DVT studies and carotid ultrasound
• Availability for a 13-week travel assignment, 40 hours per week, day shift (0645–1715) with rotating call
• Willingness to work across multiple sites (hospital and imaging center environments)
