Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic imaging for interventional radiology procedures using EPIC, PACS, and Siemens Artis-Q equipment
• Assist interventional radiologists during procedures, maintain sterile technique, and ensure patient safety
• Prepare patients, administer contrast materials as ordered, monitor for adverse reactions, and document findings per protocol
• Operate C-arm fluoroscopy and related imaging systems; uphold ALARA principles and radiation safety standards
• document procedures in EPIC and manage imaging data in PACS; ensure correct labeling and archiving of studies
• Collaborate with technologists and nursing staff; participate in on-call rotations and cross-coverage as needed
• Potential to assist in OR/ENDO procedures requiring C-Arm during interventional cases
  
  

Requirements

• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
• New York license as a Radiologic Technologist
• ARRT certification (Radiography)
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of interventional radiology experience; 2 years preferred
• Ability to work in a hospital setting and participate in on-call rotations
• Travel assignment eligibility within a 75-mile radius; locals may receive local rate
