Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the nursing team to deliver high-quality resident care in a long-term care environment
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies and procedures aligned with state and federal regulations
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing education for licensed and non-licensed nursing staff
• Coordinate comprehensive resident assessments, care planning, and participation in interdisciplinary care conferences
• Monitor quality indicators, infection prevention, patient safety, and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration oversight, and effective risk management and compliance practices
  
  

Requirements

• Active RN licensure in Maine (or eligibility to practice in Maine)
• Leadership or management experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
• Knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements governing long-term care and quality of care standards
• Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to work a 3x12-hour day shift within a local assignment; local candidates only and willingness to commute to Camden, ME
