Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures following established protocols and orders, prioritizing patient safety and comfort
• Prepare and position patients, verify orders, screen for contraindications to contrast material, and educate patients as needed
• Administer contrast agents using Bracco injectors when required; monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond per policy
• Operate the Siemens CT scanner, adjust technical factors, acquire diagnostic-quality images, and apply dose-optimization principles
• Review images with radiologists, ensure accurate labeling and documentation, and coordinate with RIS/PACS workflows (including vRad as applicable)
• Maintain infection control and radiation safety standards; document exams thoroughly; communicate findings and any concerns to the care team
• No on-call requirement; holiday shifts may be required if scheduled on a holiday
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years of CT technologist experience
• ARRT certification and BLS certification required
• Montana (MT) license required or eligible to apply within 24–48 hours with proof of application
• Prior travel experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and thrive in an acute-care imaging environment
• Equipment familiarity: Siemens CT scanner; contrast administration with injectors
