Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of an RN
• Perform routine nursing tasks including medication administration and monitoring of vital signs
• Assess residents’ conditions, document findings, and report changes promptly to the nursing team
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient safety, comfort, and dignity
• Participate in care planning, care conferences, and effective handoffs to interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to infection control and safety protocols
  
  

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the United States
• Ability to fulfill a 36-hour-per-week schedule on a 12-week assignment
• Comfort working night shifts (3x12) in a skilled/nursing care setting
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environments preferred
• Local candidates preferred due to assignment constraints
