Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as delegated by the supervising nurse
• Monitor residents’ conditions, vital signs, and report changes promptly
• Provide direct bedside care and assist with activities of daily living
• Document nursing assessments, medication administration records (MARs), and care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans
• Maintain safety, infection control, and emergency response procedures
  
  

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
• Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts with guaranteed hours
