Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders; document administration in the patient record
• Monitor patients’ conditions, perform routine assessments, and record vital signs; report significant changes to the supervising nurse
• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living and basic wound care under scope of practice
• Collaborate with registered nurses and the care team to implement and update individualized care plans; educate patients and families as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation; ensure documentation complies with facility policies and regulatory requirements
• Apply infection control protocols, care standards, and safety procedures in every shift; support a calm, patient-centered care environment
  
  

Requirements

• Active LPN license in New Mexico (or current eligibility to practice as an LPN in NM)
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and to manage the physical demands of direct patient care
• Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
• Eligible to work in the United States; travel assignment for a 17-week period
