Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Monitor and document vital signs, patient status, and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to policy and state regulations
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility, promoting comfort and safety
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team and coordinate care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the charting system; ensure infection control and safety standards
  
  

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing; ability to practice in the listed state
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour day shift schedule
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
• Proficient in documenting care and using electronic medical records; basic computer literacy
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Eligible to work in the United States for a travel assignment; local candidates encouraged
