Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of an RN
• Assess residents, monitor vital signs, document changes, and report to the supervising clinician
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care
• Support residents with activities of daily living and promote safety and comfort
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure infection control practices and maintain accurate medication and health records
  
  

Requirements

• Active LPN license in Nebraska (in good standing) or eligibility to practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Completion of an approved practical nursing program
• Prior LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living setting preferred
• Ability to work PRN shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
