Responsibilities

• Administer medications and document administration accurately according to policy
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor resident status; report changes to supervising RN
• Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other basic treatments as delegated
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to clinical changes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and ensure quality care
• Support residents with activities of daily living while maintaining safety and comfort

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in West Virginia, in good standing
• Ability to perform 12-hour shifts and the stated every-other-weekend schedule
• Willingness to travel and commit to an 8-week travel assignment
