Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision of an RN
• Administer prescribed medications and document administration in the resident’s chart per policy
• Monitor residents’ conditions, record vital signs, and escalate changes to the supervising RN promptly
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility to support resident independence and safety
• Complete routine assessments, wound care, and care-plan updates as directed
• Adhere to infection control guidelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  
  

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
• Local candidates only
• Experience in or exposure to long-term care or skilled nursing environments is preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (07:00–19:30) and perform duties in a skilled nursing setting
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
