Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services under the supervising OT in a skilled care setting
• Implement treatment plans and assist patients with activities of daily living and functional tasks
• Facilitate therapeutic activities and exercises to address functional goals
• Document patient progress clearly and maintain accurate records in the charting system
• Collaborate with the occupational therapy team, nursing staff, and rehab aides to coordinate care
• Ensure safety, infection control, and proper equipment use during therapy sessions
  
  

Requirements

• Active California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Availability for a 13-week travel assignment starting 04/27/2026
• Ability to work the 08:00–16:30 shift, 5 days per week
• Experience or comfort working in a skilled nursing facility setting
