Group Fitness Instructor (part-time)

About The Role

HealthFitness is looking for a Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our client site located in Richmond, VA. This is a position teaching 2 classes per week. You will have the flexibility to instruct classes between Monday through Thursday, with classes scheduled between 12:00–2:00 PM or 5:00–7:00 PM.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
  
  

The compensation range for this role is $25/hr - $30/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
