Your Role:
As a Group Fitness Coach, you’ll lead empowering, results driven workouts for groups of all fitness levels. You’ll be the spark that motivates our members to push their limits while ensuring they feel supported, safe, and excited to return.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead with Expertise: Demonstrate and coach proper form for strength and metabolic exercises, ensuring safety and effectiveness for large groups.
✅ Adapt & Modify: Provide clear cues and smart modifications to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.
✅ Energize & Inspire: Create a fun, high-vibe atmosphere that keeps members engaged, motivated, and coming back for more.
✅ Build Community: Foster a welcoming, inclusive space where members feel celebrated and part of the Glatter Fitness family.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience: Proven background coaching group fitness (strength, HIIT, or metabolic conditioning preferred).
✔ Personality: Off-the-charts energy, positivity, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
✔ Communication: Clear, engaging coaching style with the ability to connect with diverse personalities.
