This role focuses on delivering patient-centered speech and swallow therapy services, supporting recovery across the continuum of care, and collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Daily Responsibilities For Speech Language Pathologist

• Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Conduct and interpret swallow studies including Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS) and Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES).
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services to support communication, cognition, and safe swallowing function.

Required Qualifications For Speech Language Pathologist

• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• 1 year of clinical experience post-graduation (Clinical Fellowship completed)
