HealthCare Support is seeking a Registered Nurse - Assistant Director of Clinical Services to support a leading organization who values contributions and supports growth throughout independent living, assisted living, supportive living, and memory care communities in Tucson, AZ!

Schedule

• Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm
• On-Call Rotation
  
  

Compensation

• $83,410-$106,260 annually (depending on experience)
• 15% annual bonus target based on performance

Daily Responsibilities

• Assists the Director, Clinical Services in planning, organizing, developing and directing the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Services department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards. Assists in maintaining systems and established policy and procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
• Must have valid and current state (RN) license
• Must possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years related supervisory experience
• Candidates must have Skilled Nursing
