HealthCare Support is seeking a Registered Nurse - Assistant Director of Clinical Services to support a leading organization who values contributions and supports growth throughout independent living, assisted living, supportive living, and memory care communities in Tucson, AZ!
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm
- On-Call Rotation
Compensation:
- $83,410-$106,260 annually (depending on experience)
- 15% annual bonus target based on performance

Daily Responsibilities:
- Assists the Director, Clinical Services in planning, organizing, developing and directing the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Services department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards. Assists in maintaining systems and established policy and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
- Must have valid and current state (RN) license
- Must possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years related supervisory experience
- Candidates must have Skilled Nursing
