Physical Therapist - $40K SIGN ON BONUS

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to fill an opening with one of tthe largest healthcare providers in the state of NM in Clovis, NM.

Daily Responsibilities For The Physical Therapist

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Support patients and families through the rehabilitation process
  
  

Shift: Day shifts available!

Required Qualifications For The Physical Therapist

• Active Physical Therapy License in New Mexico
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
  
  

Preferred Qualifications For The Physical Therapist

• Doctor of Physical Therapy
• Experience with Epic software

Pay Details: $37.29 per hour - $56.92 per hour (negotiable based on years of experience) $40K SIGN ON BONUS!
