Hybrid (Field/Remote) Worker's Compensation Case Manager, RN

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Hybrid (Field/Remote) Worker's Compensation Case Manager, RN in the Maryland/Virgina area to join an emerging company with a mission focused on helping injured workers recover faster and return to work safely.  
This role is ideal for a RN looking use their clinical expertise in a collaborative, non-bedside role focused on recovery, return-to-work, and patient advocacy. This company provides strong work-life balance, competitive benefits, and a culture built on transparency, compassion, and professional growth.


Pay Details: $85,000 - $98,000 a year (based on experience, additional flexibility for the right background) 
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Flexible between 7a-5p

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate care between medical providers, employers, insurance carriers, and injured workers
  • Attend appointments with the injured workers, which may include visiting employers and injured workers at their place of employment
Required Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) in either MD or VA
  • Must have WCCM (Worker’s Compensation Care manager Certification)
  • 1 year of field-based RN experience 
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance with ability to travel to appointments
