Compensation: $160,000 - $175,000 (DOE)
- Eligible for 20% Annual Bonus

Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations with a focus on cost control, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-accuracy dispensing, ensuring performance consistently meets or exceeds organizational standards
- Provide hands-on leadership to build a strong, engaged workforce; manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and culture; and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
Qualifications:
- Must have an active/clear Pharmacist license in UT
- 5 years of Leadership experience required
- Track record of driving organizational turnaround or transformational change
- High-performing leader with strong analytical and people management skills
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business growth, and financial operations (managing P&L)
