RN Clinical Manager in Newport Beach, CA - $10K SIGN ON BONUS!
Looking to make an impact for patients and families in your community? HealthCare Support is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager in Newport Beach, CA with a 4.5 STAR-rated healthcare provider. This role is ideal for a clinician leader who enjoys operational oversight, care coordination, and supporting clinical teams in the field environment. This role focuses primarily on leadership and oversight of a care management team.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support a team of clinicians and clinical support staff within a home health care management environment
- Coordinate patient care operations including scheduling, order approval, quality oversight, admissions, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Lead team meetings, case conferences, coaching, training, and ongoing performance development while providing occasional field support as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a home care setting
- Licensed driver with a reliable, insured automobile per state and agency requirements

Compensation:
- $110,000 – $135,000 annual base salary (DOE) PLUS $10K SIGN ON BONUS!
