HealthCare Support is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager in Newport Beach, CA with a 4.5 STAR-rated healthcare provider. This role is ideal for a clinician leader who enjoys operational oversight, care coordination, and supporting clinical teams in the field environment. This role focuses primarily on leadership and oversight of a care management team.

Daily Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team of clinicians and clinical support staff within a home health care management environment
• Coordinate patient care operations including scheduling, order approval, quality oversight, admissions, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Lead team meetings, case conferences, coaching, training, and ongoing performance development while providing occasional field support as needed
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a home care setting
• Licensed driver with a reliable, insured automobile per state and agency requirements

Shift:

• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (Office-based)
  
  

Compensation

• $110,000 – $135,000 annual base salary (DOE) PLUS $10K SIGN ON BONUS!
