Pharmacy Manager – Rifle, CO ($15k Sign-on Bonus)

Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead daily pharmacy workflow, perform all staff?pharmacist duties, ensure legal/compliance standards, manage inventory, scheduling, controlled?substance procedures, and drive performance toward labor, sales, and utilization goals
- Supervise and coach pharmacy staff, resolve customer issues, conduct physician detailing, support public?health initiatives, manage third?party issues, and maintain all required state/federal records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
- Active and unencumbered Colorado Pharmacist License
