What You'll Do

As a Resident Aide, you'll provide compassionate, person-centered care while helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families

• Providing exceptional customer service and compassionate care

• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition

• Supporting residents in a safe, comfortable, home-like environment

• Working collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and the entire care team

• Experience working with seniors is highly desirable
