Cascade Senior Living Services is seeking PART-TIME & FULL-TIME Med Techs who are reliable and customer-service focused.
Please ONLY apply if you meet these minimum requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- CNA or HCA certification REQUIRED (Please do not apply if you do not have this certification)
- A high school graduate or have a GED or previous work experience
- Have a desire to work with the elderly in an environment that upholds their privacy, dignity, choice, independence, and individuality
- Previous Med Tech and Caregiving Experience a MUST
- Have the ability to recognize and address problems promptly and appropriately
- Possess appropriate communication skills to foster and maintain positive relations with residents, families, physicians, state officials, Company staff, and outside healthcare agencies
- Able and willing to work flexible hours to meet the requirements of the job
- Good character and a continuing reputation of personal integrity
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service that PRODUCE SMILES from our residents
