Key Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN) Director of Nursing (DON):
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the nursing department, aligning with the organization's mission and values
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Requirements for the Registered Nurse (RN) Director of Nursing (DON):
Current RN license and certification in the state of MA
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with 1 - 2 years in a leadership or management role
Strong knowledge of nursing standards, regulations, and industry best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
