We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team in Wallingford, Connecticut. Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the nursing department, including supervision of licensed and non-licensed staff
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and open communication
Develop and manage the nursing budget, including forecasting and budget planning
Director of Nursing (DON) Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Connecticut
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and staff development
