A Skilled Residential Facility is looking for a full time Director of Nursing.
The Director of Nursing (DON) – will lead and oversee our Nursing Department. Your central goal will be to develop a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality resident care. You will perform a range of duties including; maintaining department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Valid NY Registered Nurse / RN license required in good standing
- In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
