Director of Dining Services Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the dining services department, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery
Manage a team of cooks, servers, and other dining staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Director of Dining Services Requirements:
1 years of experience in a culinary management role, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field preferred
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
