Restorative Nurse Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents to promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being
Conduct restorative nursing assessments, identify resident needs, and develop strategies to address them
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, noting significant events or concerns
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress
Restorative Nurse Requirements:
Experience as a Registered Nurse
Current Illinois Registered Nurse License
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
