Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver metrics-driven analyses, dashboards, and executive briefings to support program and deployment decision-making
- Analyze complex healthcare data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Serve as a liaison between clinical stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring system configuration aligns with clinical workflows
- Support project planning, activity tracking, and risk/issue mitigation related to deployment and program metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across project objectives
- Prepare, edit, and review formal project documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
- Present findings in meetings and workshops and actively contribute to stakeholder discussions
- W2 eligibility required (no C2C or third-party submissions)
- Ability to travel as needed with advance notice
- Strong understanding of healthcare data sources and their application to monitoring, analysis, and modeling
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and metrics development within healthcare environments
- Experience supporting healthcare IT system deployments (EHR experience strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of clinical workflow assessment and documentation best practices
- Familiarity with change management principles in healthcare settings
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing polished project deliverables
