We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst / BI Developer with strong experience in SQL, Tableau, and ETL processes for a 6-month contract role. Candidates will work onsite three days per week and collaborate closely with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven insights and reporting solutions. Engagement will be W-2; C2C not available.

Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to support reporting and analytics
- Design and build Tableau dashboards and visualizations for business stakeholders
- Support and enhance ETL pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data flow
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across systems
- Document processes, reports, and data definitions
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboard creation, performance optimization)
- Experience with ETL tools/processes
- Solid understanding of data warehousing and relational databases
- Ability to work onsite 3 days per week
- Strong analytical and communication skills
