Payroll Specialist
Onsite in Kingston, NY- Local candidates only.
12-month contract
**W2 only. No vendors or third-parties**
Seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to do payroll processing and administration for a large healthcare organization using Workday, while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
A highly skilled professional is needed to manage end-to-end payroll operations for multiple entities within our healthcare system.
System Knowledge – Paragon (highly preferred)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with automated staff scheduling and timekeeping systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Thorough understanding of FLSA, ERISA, and other relevant regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
