This role requires extensive experience with appointment scheduling workflows, large-scale appointment conversions involving multiple hospitals and clinics, and integration with third-party scheduling systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Epic Cadence and Prelude applications, with demonstrated experience in authorization and referrals, decision trees, and online scheduling functionality. This is a contract position requiring confirmed travel dates throughout 2026, with on-site presence required during specific build phases and go-live support in August 2026.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an Epic Cadence Analyst
- Proven experience with large-scale appointment conversions involving multiple hospitals and clinics going live simultaneously
- Strong expertise in Epic Prelude application (highly preferred)
- Demonstrates proficiency with authorization and referrals workflows
- Experience with RTE (Real-Time Eligibility) configuration and workflows (highly preferred)
- Expert-level knowledge of decision trees configuration and optimization
- Experience implementing and supporting online scheduling functionality
- Knowledge of appointment mappings and integration with third-party scheduling systems
- Experience with a wide range of scheduling specialties (dental scheduling experience with Epic Wisdom is a plus)
- Epic Cadence certification required
- Available for immediate start to support knowledge transfer
