Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking a Workday HCM Functional Analyst for a part-time, long-term project supporting Workday Recruiting and Learning.
***Workday Learning Services certification required******
- Hours: 10-15 hours/week
- Duration: 18 months
- Start Date: October 5, 2026
- Primary Focus: Workday Learning, with Recruiting support
Requirements:
- Strong Workday HCM functional support experience, particularly with Learning and Recruiting
- Workday Pro Recruiting Services certification required
- Workday Learning Services certification required
- Certifications must be active and documented in the client's LMS
- Ability to provide functional/technical support for Recruiting, with primary responsibility for the Learning module
